Summary: President Obama has formulated ideas on helping the republican economy by investing millions of dollars. The White house feared during throughout the spring and summer that working with the majority can threaten to shutdown the government which also makes the negotiations with the budget plans more difficult. The President has formulated a solution towards the budget-tax plan by proposing a payroll tax to establish a tax credit permanent.
