   Electoral College is part of the electoral process that is put in place of the framers of the U.S Constitution.
Many individuals fear that if the people were left to decide most would vote on their local candidate, which would give a larger state a great advantage. Their goal was to give the smaller state an equal advantage for the system. In Rome, the romans didn't want the rich has much greater power, the solution was that they divide their male citizens into groups of hundreds which in fact each group equals to one vote, The system of the fair representation was the judicial assembly.

            The Joint investigation of every state and the District of Columbia decide to enforce mortgages  loan companies into foreclose on homeowners. The idea of foreclosing on homeowners can take a few months for other document settlement to be informed. They would also informed ideas on financial penalties towards banks. The foreclosing can also include document problems which could cause the housing downturn of many homeowners. In a positive solution is that it helps props prices and foreclosed homes for sale.

                The legislative branch creates a bill to formulate ideas for the constitution in order to make it a law. After the a bill is created the the constitution starts out the debate on whether the bill is a great idea to become a law and see if the president will accept it or veto. The President is the Chief Executive which means that the president can make an exception if the bill can be a law, if not then the president can veto it. Then the Congress has to make another vote on the bill but that time there will already be a law with the other bills.

   The Article is based after 69 days trap in the underground mine beneath the earth within 2,000 feet feet of rock. Around Wednesday the miners has discover sunlight coming from the roof mine. During throughout Wednesday and at night, 30 out of 33 miners almost towards completion of all the miners from the weakest to sickest has been rescued from the mine. After they have been freed there was some side effects such as having difficulty see the outside through their eyes due to being trap at the mine for 69 days. They were treated with oxygen masks and dark glasses for protection for their eyes. During being trap during the time the miners in formulated a smooth ascent inside a 13 feet capsule called Phoenix, since the collapsed has occur they were unable to escape from the capsule. The conclusion of the rescue is the miners has finally reunited with their family and still continues on mining underground.

                   The article is based on the record of the college dropouts which led to the taxpayers cost billions. It became a serious problems for many students and how uncertain their futures will become. In between the year 2003 to 2008 the states had invest almost 6.2 billion for the four-year colleges. Also includes according to the article, the states and federal government has spent almost 2.9 billion on the graduate students who has not began their second year in college.
                   The price of the college dropout year account between 2 to 8 percent of the states total has gone a higher education appropriations. In result the figures track conclusion of either the full-time students who attend 1,521 public and private colleges would return or not and the does not include the part-time students who return and graduated.

                                          The reason why the U.S Supreme Court formulated a idea of doing bag searching because it's a basic form of protection to the citizens because no person would know if someone who have a weapon and planning to attack or anything. I personally don't agree with the police on recording me to the data base because I never would cause a crime or do any terrible. I agree that it would help stop crime without trouble.
