                   The article is based on the record of the college dropouts which led to the taxpayers cost billions. It became a serious problems for many students and how uncertain their futures will become. In between the year 2003 to 2008 the states had invest almost 6.2 billion for the four-year colleges. Also includes according to the article, the states and federal government has spent almost 2.9 billion on the graduate students who has not began their second year in college.
                   The price of the college dropout year account between 2 to 8 percent of the states total has gone a higher education appropriations. In result the figures track conclusion of either the full-time students who attend 1,521 public and private colleges would return or not and the does not include the part-time students who return and graduated.
