The legislative branch creates a bill to formulate ideas for the constitution in order to make it a law. After the a bill is created the the constitution starts out the debate on whether the bill is a great idea to become a law and see if the president will accept it or veto. The President is the Chief Executive which means that the president can make an exception if the bill can be a law, if not then the president can veto it. Then the Congress has to make another vote on the bill but that time there will already be a law with the other bills.
How a bill Become a law
Legislative Branch-  Bill Proposes
                                 Commitee-yes/no-edit
Executive Branch-   The President can accept or veto the bill
Judicial Branch- Bill becomes a law
